The output of Queensland’s climate modelling simulations is available in a range of formats to suit different end-users (see figure below).
Regionalised summary statistics are available for Local Government Areas, Regional Plan Areas, Bioregions, Major River Basins, and Disaster Districts on Queensland Future Climate Dashboard.
Vector gridded data as shapefile is also available on Queensland Future Climate Dashboard for a range of metrics and seasons across for four 20-year time slices centred in 2030, 2050, 2070 and 2090 for users seeking to aggregate climate change data for different regions.
More advanced users can also get the data in gridded (raster) format at the Terrestrial and Ecosystem Research Network (TERN). Check the High Resolution Projections Data to understand which future climate data can be obtained on TERN.
Specific dataset with additional climate change scenarios has also been developed for biophysical modelling applications (e.g., crop and pasture).
